LIS Computer Lab At Your Service

leave a comment »

Just a reminder that the LIS Department operates its very own computer lab within the departmental offices at 349 Curry Building. The lab is staffed with helpful student assistants from 10.30AM to 5.30PM Monday through Thursday, and may be open (but not staffed) at some other days and times as well.

The lab offers over fifteen computers (all of which run both MacOS and Windows), printers, scanners, and even digital cameras for student use. Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite are available, as well as video and audio editing software, Second Life, and more.  There’s almost never a wait for a computer, which make the LIS lab a great hidden treasure. Stop by!
